KLH 13 multiplex adaptor

Hello all. Anyone have a service manual, alignment instructions or a
board layout diagram for a KLH Model 13 multiplex adapter? This unit is
a companion to the Model 8 table radio. I've already got the schematic
as that is glued to the bottom of the cabinet.
