Just bought a google Chromecast need a wifi card

I just bought a google Chromecast for my tv but my desktop doesn't have a WIFI card in it. I want to get a good one but have limited knowledge of WIFI. It is going to have to travel through one wall so it shouldn't be a big deal. Any recommendations?

you shouldnt need a wireless connection, I use my desktop without a wireless card and run mine just fine.

If you are set on getting a wireless card though we can help, what slots do you have open on your motherboard and what kind of router do you have?
