I think you need to add flux capacitors across the transistor junctions, otherwise the time differential will become unstable. E-bay will probably list some in the future.

Are you sure that's an amplifier, or could it possibly be an up-down decade counter?
Try switching those NPN transistors for PNP's. If it becomes an up-decade counter, when the lightning bolt
powers it up, you can check Alec_t's future ebay listings for a full item description.
