ISO: toshiba CF3254J remote and manual

I just fixed a Toshiba CF3254J (w/vertical foldover) by replacing
C301 and C305 (thanks to the advice from this newsgroup).

I'm now looking for:
- an appropriate remote unit
and - the user manual

Q: What remote unit is best to use with this old (circa 1989) unit
(and where can I get one)?

Q: Wher can I obtain a user manual (for the CF3254J)?
