iPhone have crached because of sms?

just ordered my new iPhone 6 on simpleshoppinglink.com and i've received it a few days ago, i'm so glad. But i didn't have time to enjoy the device as i catch the sms with arabic symbols from unknown number. When i tried to read it my phone crashed
everything work fine except one thing: and i can't read or send sms
have no idea how to get it back. pls help

'Hard-reset' of the device, or a 'Factory Rest'.

The crash should not have happened, the fact it did either means there is a loophole in iOS that kills the messaging app, or something is corrupt in the phone.
A factory reset should wipe all your data including the invalid text message and allow you to use the device again. I would recommend you update your device as soon as possible once this is done.
If this is not a genuine iPhone... you may be in for a world of trouble.
