Inverter power, the voltage becomes low

Give more details.
Make and model number.
Voltage input, AC or DC
Voltage output DC or AC and what frequency and waveform
Power rating.
What load is required to drop the voltage?

I'm sorry, this is where I bought in the flea market, I didn't know it very well, and i did not think so many questions raise up, I would like to consult is there any way to solve it.Thank you.

Without the details as requested above it is difficult to pass on the knowledge required to fix such a problem.

You should know - at least - the input and output voltage ratings. Is there any labelling anywhere on the unit? If not then why on earth did you purchase a unit with no details????

Again, as above, many such units require a MINIMUM load to be connected in order for the output to stabilise. Have you connected anything to it other than a test meter? Try connecting a light bulb across the output (rated at the same voltage as the output - whatever that may be!).

However if there is a genuine fault (not yet determined)....the simplest method to start with would be to replace the output smoothing capacitors as these are often the cause of such fault symptoms.
