Impendance and current flow?!

Can anyone work out the impendance and the current flowing through this parrallel circuit? Has to be in both cartesian and polar form but I don't have time to complete this task!

I need all workings out!

If you want some guidance, think about the similarities between impedance and resistances in parallel.... write down the impedances for each of the components (possibly using phasors?) and see where that takes you.
