I'm looking for AD11/548 D/A 12-BIT 18-plastic CMOS. I need it to fix my HP8590A spectrum analyzer, analog interface board. The voltage reference drifts a big time.
Any information will be helpful, such:
1. datasheet (I don't have one)
2. I need at least 2 parts (a 15 items will be better).
3. Any direct replacement for it (or similar)
