Hi all,
I'm trying to identify and source an optoisolator like what you'd fiind in a ball mouse. This is from a video jog wheel where the "comb" of the wheel runs through the optoisolators, creating a backwards or forwards signal based on which order the two optos are triggered in (i think). The jog wheels are working, but the direction isnt reliably detected. I'm thinking the light intensity of the led source has become poor over time and the signal is not being reliably detected??.
If anyone can identify the part or suggest possible other explainations for the fault, it would be appreciated.
Thanks
