Need a bigger pic of associated parts and / or board function.
That 10 pin format doesn't equate with any IC I have known of.
As it stands, it could just as easily be a resistor pack.
Ohm out end to end, as five units being side by side and see if that
has any repeats of resistances.

Once you said that a USB 3 port was being nearby, I then realized that those units were being ancillary to it . . .not being a resistor pack . . .but a protective varistor pack.
Here is how they typically fit into a design scheme:
GREAT chance . . . . . . . that all units are being good .
