I have Sony Trinitron CRT TV 12 years old. It's 21" color.it goes in to standby mode. Gives 4 blink

Kindly help in resolving the 4 blink error code. I am unable to resolve. When ever TV is switched on it immediately goes to blink error mode.

My last Sony 21" kine tube was 40 years ago . . . how about giving its Sony MODEL number ?
In those olden tymes 4 blinks was the code for loss of vertical sweep and then a resultantt blanking of the video to preclude a phospor burn on the kine face.
