How to produce audio on Flash Memory chip

My project is to create a "throw-away" audio messages - similar to the type in greetings cards, but using 32mg flash memory for upto 90 mins of voice.

I want to create pre-recorded audio messages on removable Flash Memory chips such as 32MB SD cards.

Does anyone know how to "burn" multiple SD cards or flash memory chips from a single "image"?

I guess this is more of a software issue. You could create a little program that copies a specific file on all the SD cards connected to the computer. And all you have to do then is to connect the SD cards one by one, waiting for the program to copy them.
