Hi,
I have an ARINC 429 circuit that is unreliable, I have been told the
transmitter circuits need to see a cable with max. capacitance of
50pf, the cable is of shielded twisted pair type. How do I measure the
capacitance of my cable and which value do I want? Is it the
core-to-core or core-to-shield value? Is it as simple as disconnecting
the transmitter and connecting a multimeter to the system?
Cheers
