How to get Predicta screen off???

I have a 21" Predicta that needs to have the screen cleaned from the inside and
I can't figure out how to get the screen off. I have taken a golden long plate
off from under the screen ( around the neck) but there after I'm stumped. I see
some screws but they are where I can't reach them with a screw driver. Can
anyone please help. Thanks BG

I did mine years ago, and I think it involved pulling the CRT out.
