please can someone share with me how i can work remote control to a device, the device is up and down system i want the remote to be able roll the device up and down

Is this something you already have installed, or is this something you intend to buy new?
It would help if you have an already installed system, to tell us what the manufacturer and model number
is, so that we have a better idea of what you need to do.
What you are looking for, is a controller to activate the roll-up, roll down function (probably a motor).
Retrofitting something you already have might take some searching, but if you intend to buy a new system,
there are plenty of them already on the market.
Do you have something already installed, and what manufacturer made it?

You could get an old RC toy, take out the toy's board and wire it into the system if the motor is a similar size to the one you already have. If not then you'll have to break out some transistors. It's a janky solution but it's straight forward. The most elegant solution would be an arduino based system.
