How can fix 24v /80amps battery charger voltage drop while connect load-pls help

I have battery 24v/80 amps battery charger but only its can give 8amps .if we connect more load voltage drops to 12 volt.pls help me to fix this problem

Are you sure that the the fault lies within the charger itself ?
Could it be that the battery you want to charge does not need more than 8 Amps ? That could happen if the battery is partialy discharged. In other words the battery may not be discharged to the point that will require more than 8 Amps.
Many batteries, depending on the type etc, will draw less curent while their voltage is rising during a charge cycle.

I am not sure about the voltage droping to 12V on the charger
