Hi,
Does anyone know a way to build DC amplifier with +/-10V input and
+/-300V output ?

We show a simple technique that uses ordinary parts (see
page 169 of our book, The Art of Electronics). This one
can go from 10 to 1000V, but by a simple extention of the
scheme one can make bipolar amplifiers that can go as high
as +/-600 volts. I can send you a pdf of the schematic of
our AMP-36 dual HV amplifier circuit board if you like.

An alternate (more expensive) approach is to use one of the
commercial high-voltage amplifier modules offered by Apex,
such as their PA95 for $124 each. They also have the PA97
for only $56, but it lacks a protective output current limit

Such a design would require more specs than that.

What output power do you need?

What minimum and maximum frequency must be amplified?

What kind of load must the amplifier drive?

There are N channel MOS-FETs that work up to these voltages. Two of these
in series would make a good output stage for the amplifier. If you only
need low frequencies, I'd suggest you drive the gates with photo-voltaic
opto isolators.
