Help with psu please

A good morning to you all from New Zealand: A friend of mine had a clear out & gave me a working psu from a panasonic inverter microwave oven but i cant seem to get it working!! i'm pretty sure that the blue wire is the live & the grey wire is the neutral for the 240v input & the two pink wires are the high voltage output!!. i'm also wondering if it may need to be grounded or is there something missing from it like a timer or sensor? i have added a some pics of the psu for you guy's to have a look at. Sorry unable to upload any photos of the psu have tried a couple of times but just wont upload!.

The picture size must not be too big. A resolution of 1024 x 768 is tops, as is around 150kB. Use Paint or whatever to "stretch" or change the canvas to a proper size.
Select 50, 33, or 25% as appropriate to reach the goal. Or else you can host the full size picture on another site and just link to it.

I've merged your two threads. Asking only "Hope this works?" in a brand new thread does not make sense to anyone. Only now Steve's comment seems misplaced..

I figure you're right about the wires, but there's also a blue connector which might be for control. I'm sure it wants ground. We'll need a picture of the underside as well.
