help with Identification of Surface mount Transistor

Hi There all I am new in this forum, and I have a shorted sot-23 SMD component veryu much want to looking to replace it but have hit road block, have scoured and looked all over the net and cant seem to find a single cross reference to this particular component
came out of video section of a portable Video Deck
