I saw it in one and then realized they all have it, this one Alliance Memory-AS29CF800T/B-55TIN says it very explicitly under the "notes" on page 6.
It's powered by 5V but its pins can only be 0.5V at max? That can't be true? I don't actually have to voltage divide or use a buffer of some sort for all 27 pins do I?
And then I just realized that right above there in the absolute maximum ratings it says the IO pins can handle -2.0 to 6.5V? So it should be fine using 5V for everything? Thank you.
