Hey everyone I have some experience using aoyue 968 for reflows. I just purchased aoyue 710 and I am trying to heat an xbox 360 gpu so I can lift it. I have tried various methods and am getting a little frustrated but I have several practice boards to use. I was wondering if anyone has any experience lifting the chip. Currently I am preheating for 3min on 400degrees then using infrared light gun for however long at 260degrees. However it still does not get hot enough. My thermocouple has shown 230degrees c but I still can't safely lift the chip. Please help me if u can.
P.s. I would also like instructions for fitting my chip in my reball station if possible. Its the only reball kit available on ebay. Thanks in advance
