help to identify

Hi, I'm new here and new to electronics in general. I am mostly interested in audio electronics. I need some help to identify these capacitors. I have found a couple different names for these online and just want to be sure. So.....
Are these polystyrene? Are they polarized. I have been testing them as if they were but want to know for sure.

The capacitors are very old metalized plastic film type. The line indicates the outer wrap that should be grounded or connected to a low impedance source so the capacitor does not pickup interference from the air.

Some fairly modern Oriental capacitors look like yours but European and American capacitors today look like this:
