Help sourcing a switch.

Greetings,

I am completely new to electronics and I need help trying to find a switch that operates off of a digital on/off signal versus a mechanical push button switch.

I believe it should operate something like this:

5V applied makes the connection between two pins.
0V applied breaks the connection between the same two pins.

I'm working with digital signals, so the current are going to be small.

Perfect, I was planning on buying four switches, but this one chip should do the trick for me!
