Help powering delayed relay circuit

Hi all,

Im trying to wore up a couple of delayed relays for an automatic ball launcher I have made. Im struggling to work out how to wire these up. I have made a diagram with description of what I want and how it will work, just cant put the practical piece together. Wondering if you could point me in the right direction!
