help on type of microcontroller

hello,
i am using a SST89E516RD controller. can anyone tell if the controller is In System Programmable(ISP) or not?

The datasheet says:
"The devices are designed to be programmed insystem
and in-application on the printed circuit board for maximum flexibility. The devices are pre-programmed
with an example of the bootstrap loader in the memory, demonstrating the initial user program
code loading or subsequent user code updating via the IAP operation."

So can I program the controller directly by Flashmagic tool? I have uploaded the ckt diag as image and my circuit does have the rs232 comm on it. So can I prog directly using Flashmagic or there needs to be any steps ahead of it?
