Help on data acquisition

Hi! I have a project where I need to sample a boolean signal at aprox 1kHz. Id like to have the results on the computer as a log file with time stamps. I have bought a data acquisition board with STM32F103C8T6 and USB interface but I don’t know how to start. I’m a total beginner needles to say. I tried to program the board with the Arduino gui. Is there a easier way to sample my data or a tutorial on how I can program the board? Do I need a different compilator or boot loader or can i use Arduino?

No instructions with the board? What model is the board, where did you buy it? Have you tried to contact the vendor?
