Help needed with old components

Afternoon and thanks for the acceptance.
i am based in SA, and struggling to find components for an electronic circuit.
on the components it only says
J380 i think it must be 2SJ380 & K2931 2SK2391.....
anybody with some advise or help please?

Show us the circuit. I Googled J380 and found that it is a P channel powerful fet. Have you looked up the others?

Why do you wish to find the components when you already have them?

Thanks for the reply, one of my electronic sewing machines has a PC board in the unit that these two components on that are blown

The 2SK2931 is an n channel powerful fet.
There is a reason why these fets failed, presumably they drive the motor. There would be no point in putting in a couple more fets to fail. I would look at the motor if that is what they drive.

Sunstarr does not exist in SA anymore. i got the information from the supplier abroad. and yes they will not give me the schematic diagrams

these two components does drive a presure foot system that has a 3 ohm coil operating the foot

do i understood correct, these FET,s are not very strong? as like i said they only drive a 3 ohm coil

j380 P channel 100V 12A
2SK2931 N channel 60V 45A
What makes you think they have failed? They do not look to be mechanically damaged and have not been removed for testing.

With a 12V supply (guess) they will pass 4A through a 3Ω coil, well within their ratings.
