Help making voltage boosting circuit

I have a 1.2V 4500 mAh battery which I would like to boost to approximately 5V. If possible could someone create the design for such a circuit. Thank you in advance

Add three more batteries in series..

Or have a read up on Step Up (Boost) Regulators.

I am aware of the possibily of adding the battery in series, I was just interested in making a smaller circuit to do this instead

How much current do you want and what regulation.
