Hi Guys,
This is my first post and I am by no means an electrical specialist. I have a large 8kg DC motor (180W which draws 8A continuous) and I have made a 24V electric car for my daughter which I want to be able to control wirelessly. This may be a bit ambitious as I purchased an LED light controller which i hoped could control the speed (http://dx.com/p/360w-8-key-rgb-control-box-w-remote-controller-for-led-light-strip-dc-12v-24v-109081). It did work.........................for about 1 minute until I fried it.
Has anyone had any success using LED controllers for wirelessly controlling motors and would I have any more luck with this LED controller? http://dx.com/p/wireless-led-touching-rgb-controller-dc-12-24v-175075
Thanks,
Ian
