fried board Identification

I got this out of an old PSU, and it appears to have a very large capacitor that has vaporized.

I wondered if I am right or wrong in identifying it a a 220v adapter?

can this board be reworked into a 220vac double for a sub woofer?

Also hard to make out anything, but the primary part I see missing . . . . probably just cannibalized . . . is its main raw DC storage electrolytic . . .axial leaded . . . vertically . . .at the top left 1/4 corner area of the board.

Most of those switchers already ARE being 95 thru 220V AC inputs, just as they are.

220VAC ? ? ? ? . . . . . . In Seattle . . . Boeing . . . .KJR land . . . FM channel 95 . . . Larry Braxton . . . in my doing TDY there . . .we definitely loved / favored 120 VAC power.
