Exploiting "Back EMF After switching" is called a flyback power supply. This was invented in the late 1800's, so you are about 118 years late.

Switch mode power supplies use this principle, you can get an efficiency of 80% or if you are very good 90%. You cannot get a COP of greater than 1, there are always losses.
