Hello
My name is Richard and I have been working as a Maintenance Technician for the past 12 years. I have worked with Hydraulics, Pneumatics, AC from 24V up to 4160V Three phase.
I have worked with DC from a few mili volts up to a 10,000V Induction hardening machine.
I know how to do PLC troubleshooting, but writing program is not my favorite thing to do. I like to tinker with all things. I enjoy raccoon hunting with my dogs. That is actually why I have joined the forum. I am looking to make tracking collars for my dogs instead of buying them. I can fabricate using welding and machine tools. I currently do not have machine tools such as a mill or lathe, but if needed I have access to them. I can build almost anything if I have a schematic or diagram. Please feel free to ask me questions and help me out with mine. I believe forums are a great way to get things done.
