Ex4500S Honda Generator AVR Problem

Hi:

i think i have a problem with the AVR (Aut Volt Reg) because the L-N output is 155 V and 260 L-L. The problem began after an overload trip.

1-Am I right to think that way?
2-Should I change the AVR?
3-Where is located the AVR and how I access it?
