ESP8266 regulator with 220v

َI have esp8266 in a small box and I wanna make for it a regulator circuit without trans and very smal
can you help me ?

Never seen one.
If available, chances are it will be more expensive.

3.7V plugpacks are available. I think they were for some old phone. 3.7V may be within spec for some 3.3V devices, but I'd probably regulate 5V to 3.3V because 5V is far easier to find (also it allows you to use higher voltage plugpacks without causing much trouble.
