ESC for brusheless motor

Hi all ! I bought that ESC http://www.ebay.com/itm/191369476754?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT and that motor http://www.ebay.com/itm/271868927455?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT . Also I LIPO battery for that. This is first time when i want run brusheless motor. When i connected all 3 wires from esc to motor, and powered esc, motor beeps once. As i understand i need PWM signal into the WHITE esc wire and ground on BLACK wire. I tried various frequencies, but nothing... what i'm doing wrong ?

Was it a PWM signal that you tried?
There are many cheap motor testers on ebay, also circuits if you want to build your own, the beeps will indicate how and what you have connected, usually in a sheet from the Manuf. when connected to a reciever.

You need specific timings for RC equipment control. Here is a picture of some common timings used.

I programmed mcu with 50% pwm with 1ms pulses, and nothing. So from diagram minimum speed is 1ms high and 19ms low , and maximum speed is 2ms high and 18ms low?

Try with a 20 ms delay between the rising edges of the pulses.

. Motor minimal speed is high pulse is about ~1.2ms and maximum speed lower than 2ms.
