ECG circuit digram with AD620 and 741 op amp as a gain differentiator

hi, here is an ecg circuit which uses, an AD620 instrumentation amplifier and a 741 op amp. it has low pass and high pass filter and also a t-notch which eliminate 50hz noise at 80dB. my problem is i need to add a right leg drive so my signal can not disappear once i connect my right leg. but the problem is i dont know how. i vwould love to use a 741 op am for my right leg drive since i dont have enough time to buy new componets

Can I assume that you just want to lower the impedance level of the ECG Signal? In that case use a 741 as a voltage follower (gain = +1) and connect the ECG Signal to the +input of the 741. The output of the 741 will be a replica of the ECG Signal at a lower impedance level.
