Do Wah Diddy guitar peddle

heres the jist I git...:rolleyes::cool:.

looks like it is a combo peddle, that has 5 settings.

probably volume, wah, cool, warm, and hot.

I am going to need help identifying the circuits from each other, and discovering the correct pins to attach them to.

So let me start this like this:
Step 1
A volume peddle would require the peddle pot:confused: to act as a standard volume pot and would send the signal straight from the pot, out of the peddle.???(9v circuit probably amped)
Step 2
A wah peddle would require the peddle pot to send the signal through the 9v battery powered Wah circuit:rolleyes: on the board, and then out of the peddle.
Step 3
A controlled phase peddle:p, would also require this(the last peddle pot entry), with exception to the circuit on the board, which would be a different circuit.
Step 4
A controlled fuzz(distort overdrive) peddle would also require these two last peddle pot entries and differing circuits.
Step 5
A clean, slightly amplified signal, would go through a 9v powered amp, and out of the peddle.;)
Each isolated by the 5 way switch?
First I will trace the switch, and schematic each circuit manually, then, post my schematics for each circuit.
We will all share in the profits of the resulting Professional Do Wah Diddy conversion as the EP(electronics point) MultiWah footswitch.
just an idea while I fix this wah thingy.:D

EP MultiWah footswitch

heres the original do wah diddy board.:D

the wire on the backside looks like a hack.

all the components look good...

board is pretty old. looks like it says JR4.
better images too!

do wa diddy schem.

I have a pretty good artistic ability I think...
made a couple of mistakes, reworked the drawing, looked it over,
What do you think? this is probably copyrighted by Regal or FOXX or someone, but I drew it, because I couldn''t find the repair manual online.

let me know if this is what you see on the pics in the other thread, to see if I made any mistakes!:D heh heh!

The 1249 code is the same for Resistors and Capacitors. Large banded capacitor style.

Whats the 500 thingy?

I haven't seen anything that looks like that before. Can you post some pictures of it from different angles?

yeah I have, only difference is that this one has been potted and clamped to a bit of metal or something for mounting purposes
used to see lots of them on telecom equip back in NZ when I worked in that field

comes in 2 halves, with a bolt through the middle to clamp together
