Diode Identification Help

First Post! Hello all.

Looking to see if anyone knows what the following diode is. It is from a Siemens CPU315-2-DP PLC. It is located across the main supply caps. PJ81 FXP


Any help would be great.

Welcome to electronicspoint.

As this part was across the PS-caps, it is probably a suppressor diode to protect from overvoltage. I'm sorry, but I can't find a reference to which type of diode these markings belong.
