Datasheet or Databook Wanted

I'm trying to fix a remote controlled ceiling fan. The receiver's triacs got changed and now the motor spins up but several functions aren't doing their thing. I'm sort of guessing that a multi-legged DIP named RH7600RA-3 may have been compromised by the shorted triac and that it's some sort of multi-channel controller. Technology moves pretty fast and it seems like the chip is obsolete already and pretty rare on Ebay. About all I know is that it's a Harris IC and the fan is15 years old at most.

I can't find a datasheet either. Try one of the Ebay chips to see whether your idea is correct.
