Dancing toy help please

I have a Halloween Dancing witch and One day it stopped working.. i Opened It up and i cant figure out why its not working.. It does not have any loose wires i think something is wrong with the Circuit Board there is a LED light on the Circuit board and it lights up when i put batteries in it but when i push the button nothing works I also see a small burn mark next to the LED

a but hard for any of us to figure out anything from that photo as well
how about another pic showing ALL the circuit board, both sides, in focus and a little more light

i can't show the bottom it's glued down But i can show the top If you need another picture let me know

I can't see the burn mark you mentioned near the LED. Can you get a close-up of that?
Hopefully, some small component took the hit and caused an open-circuit. We might be able to
see something like that with an obvious burn-mark.
