Hello,
Master's freshman here! I am tasked with designing a current conveyor that can handle high voltages (about 5V) and am looking for an appropriate topology and transistors for the job. I think the following transistors: https://www.diodes.com/assets/Datasheets/DMC31D5UDJ.pdf would do it. The goal is to be able with the same circuit to simultaneously send voltages and receive currents to and from a device with varying resistance. The topologies I found online are designed to work with small bias currents and supply voltages. The attached is a topology I found but I can't get it to work (the input voltage is what the circuit needs to be able to handle). Any help would be appreciated. Y needs to be in the [0,5]V range, X will be of 1mA maximum. Thanks!
