Craftsman 139.53920DM Garage Door Opener

Guy at my work has Craftsman 139.53920DM Garage Door Opener.
Replaced the motor, put new sensors in.
Says has no green or amber light working at all on the unit.
Any ideas what could be causing this problem?
Claims fuse is ok.

Update/Resolution.
U-Tube video found for troubleshooting.
Turned-out the problem was not with the garage door opener, the problem was with
a short in the wiring to the sensors of the unit.
Problem solved.

Updated, update.
Guy replaced sensor wires, still had the problem.
Broke down and took a look at it. Confirmed short in sensor wiring.
Ran new wires, then watched him start securing wires to the wall with a staple gun.
Duh. Sensor wire short again.
Actual solution: Do not secure thinly insulated wires to wall with a staple gun.
NOW, Problem solved.
