Would I be able to make a miniature jacobs lader with a transformer i pulled out of a vcr, the numbers on it read -- AC26-00002B

If so how would i do it, i know the design of a jacobs ladder, but i'm not sure what pins to use on the transformer and what i should supply it with. Idk if this is a completely crazy suggestion. Any help?
