complementary input pairs

Hello everyone,

I seek recommendations for complementary transistor pairs for the
input stage of a high-standard audio power amplifier. Discrete components
only, please. I am interested in FET and BJT types.

The amp will have pos/neg 40Vdc rails, so an 80V rating would be safe.
