coilgun help?

I am builing a coilgun. my coil is made of 14 awg insulated wire, with about four layers, and is about 1.5 inches long. I would like to get it to be very powerful. What capacitors would be best, how many of them, and how would i charge them? if you could help it would be great. thank you.
