I did a simular PCB from PCBcart.com.Are they identical boards? We can probably get 100 for $50.
I remember I have done it once, but not sure if there are additional cost or not, let me check my orders when I get back home.
I registered with youpcb.com.
The order form shows Board type[?] OIndividual oPanel, but I can not
select panel.
At the top of that page is says: Order type _Prototype _
So I guess that I can not order a panel from the Prototype menu.
And the Instant Quote button does is broken !

Yes, I got 400 ( 10 panels of 4x10 each) for $167.09 from PCBcart. Are they identical boards? We can probably get 100 for $50.

I do not need that many this pass, so $50 looks very attractive.
Which site would offer this price (100 for $50) ?
I tried PCBcart this morning, the lowest price I can get is ~$150 forAny PCB shop in Shenzhen would do it for that price. We just have to arrange for someone to pay there and ship it here.

I tried PCBcart this morning, the lowest price I can get is ~$150 for
more then I need. ( they seem to have a minimum amount they need to do
anything)
If you have another site that you have used, I would like to check it out..

Ok, I'll try that.If you order 100 PCS as individual pieces, 0.7 inch by 1.1 inch, youpcb.com shipped price is $48.
On the first page type in 1.1 and 0.7, select inch, then select 100PCS, next page shows you $48 shipped.

Your time is still (again?) off by one hour.
There is a guy I use for "quick and dirty" prototypes, but probably just
standard 1/16" FR4 and no PTHs. But he might be able to make what you
need. I made a calculator based on his formulas, so you can figure out
what he would charge. I will be getting four 1.5" x 2.5" double sided
boards for about $32 including setup and shipping.

Their quote was $27 including shipping which is eXcellent (get 3Try http://www.youpcb.com
for 5cm x 5cm 10PCS prototype, 1.6mm, FR4, 1oz copper thickness, any solder mask color, white overlay, price is $29 shipped by USPS (if you are in USA).
Same standard but 10cm x 10 cm, $44 shipped by USPS if you are in USA.
I have used them a few times, very good service, down side is they only take Gerber files. However their order status has lots of real time details.
Good luck
If you are ok with individual boards, you can get 100PCS of 0.7 inch by 1.1 inch for $48 shipped.

My experience with "standard" PCB houses, is that one must figure outhamilton said:Does anyone know if they will score a panel (V-cut) from the 10cm x 10cm
board ?
I need .7" x 1.1" boards, a 10x10cm panel would hold lots if they will
score the pcb for the same price.
thanks
Then use quick set epoxy to mend it!hamilton said:I registered with youpcb.com.I remember I have done it once, but not sure if there are additional
