Can't understand this schematic .. please help.

Hello ,
I dont know if im posting in the right section or not.
im thinking to build an eprom programmer from scratch,so i went to google ,and found this one, i ve already uploaded the shematic of the programmer.
the problem is im a bit confused about wiring connections between chips for example is U4A pins 3/4/5/6 are connected with U5A 3/4/5/6 ?? and how are connected to zif28 which poins go to zif28 , same thing about U6 U7 which pins are connected to zif28??
same thing U8 A4 A5 A6 A7 are all shunted togheter??? realy confused sorry about my english and thanks for help.
