Can someone tell me why my powerbar/powerstrip didn't blow up

I am confused why one of my powerbar blew the fuse panel from my room but my other power bar didn't, i also thought my power bar would blow up but didn't, i did hear a weird popping noise from my other power bar


but here is my setup



the wall outlet is 250v,
my small power adapter says 250v on the back and 120v on the front,
my powerstrip is a 120v
and my extension is 120v


i am able to charge my phone and use my computer

the other power strip is a 120v also, just different brand, but it blew circut from my room, i had to reset the fuse switch


the power adapter says 120v so it means i can plug my 120v powerstrips into it right??

i am confused, help!

The wall outlet is 240V

If you plug in the Vcc 120V power board into it, it will deliver 240V to any device you plug into it.

It's a great way to blow up 120V devices.

The 120V power board may also be dangerous if run at 240V.

Pretty bad idea any way you look at it.

The 'power adapter' isn't a power CONVERTER. All it appears to do is change the PIN type on the input-to-output side from round to flat.

Some electronics have a very wide input voltage range - some will work using anything from 100V right up to 250V whilst some are VERY specific and will ONLY work at 120V and nothing else. Putting 250V into it, which is what you will have done using that arrangement, will have destroyed the unit.
