Can anyone here help me identify this capacitor and where one may obtain a replacement?

Probably 33µF, 25 V, see here.

I agree, 33uf 25V. Black stripe is negative side. Heres a Panasonic code pdf

Would this be a good replacement. Couldn't find an exact match

You want to keep the same uf and equal to 25 volt or greater. That will work.
