Can’t find a 0.35 ohm 5% resistor anywhere

Yeah this the first time I’m repairing something. It’s a Samsung tv. The board is bn44-00510b

Brand new Samsung (or other brands) televisions sell now at ridiculously low prices almost everywhere. Most often, it is more "cost effective" to just bin them and purchase a replacement instead of trying to repair them. Of course, if you are attempting a repair as a favor for a friend or as part of learning a new hobby in electronics, "cost effective" has no meaning. But it sounds like this rabbit hole could turn out to be pretty deep, what with the blown resistor, a probably blown power FET, perhaps a blown PWM controller, and still no idea what caused the failure in the first place.
